Course flow

The training follows the natural flow of a project and is highly practical, with hands-on exercises, case studies, and reflection tied to participants’ own work.

During the course, you will work with:

Agile fundamentals and how to apply them
Which agile frameworks fit which purposes—and how they can coexist
Structuring, framing, and organizing the project
Gathering user needs
Facilitating specification workshops
Two-level planning: the full development process and the upcoming sprint/iteration
Facilitating delivery through sprints/iterations and linking theory to practice
