PRINCE2® 6th Edition Foundation (eng)

This course aims to take you through all topics required for the Foundation level certification and to introduce you to some of the more detailed topics required for examination at the Practitioner certificate level.

The PRINCE2® method addresses project management with four integrated elements of principles, themes, processes and the project environment.  
Introduction (Chapter 1 in the Official Manual)
The principles (Chapter 2 in the Official Manual)
The themes (Chapters 3 to 10 in the Official Manual)
The processes (Chapters 11 to 18 in the Official Manual)
Tailoring PRINCE2® to the project environment (Chapter 19 in the Official Manual)


Learning goals
PRINCE2® Foundation course, aims to provide you with sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PRINCE2® methods, so that you are able to work effectively as a member of a project management team, working within an evironment supporting PRINCE2®. The course is only offered with an exam voucher.

Target audience
Everyone that have an interest in knowing the PRINCE2® principles and tools. Participants in projects and Project Managers to-be.
