Leading for Results draws on the research of renowned thinkers in leadership development, providing interactive tools to help leaders develop their own brands and produce measurable positive results within their organizations. This course also incorporates key touch points for leaders to get feedback from their managers, coaches, or mentors.

Distance Learning and Project PaperThis module requires 20 hours of work as distance learning over the internet. The program is taught at the same level as an MBA program.
After you have completed the e-learning module content, you will be asked to write a project paper based on a case relating to Leading for Results. The project paper will require 20 hours of work.
As part of this module you will also have a one- hour Skype session with one of the AVT leadership professors in order for you to clarify and discuss any issues and prepare for the project paper writing.
Tuition feeThe price of this module is 6.750 DKK+VAT, which includes e-learning, 1 hour Skype session and grading and feedback on project.
